My main complaint about Customer Services was that I was not kept updated on the reasons for the delays and had to contact Plumbs to find out what was happening. The first delay was due to Plumbs supposedly not having the correct measurements for my job - about 6 weeks after the job was measured! The second was that the suppliers had run out of stock and, therefore, there would be a 4 week delay but I would be advised when the stock came in - again I had to contact to get an update about this. I used to judge Customer Service in the Tourism industry - Plumbs fell short of what I would expect.

Still having problems with the admin side of Plumbs. I have not yet received a receipted invoice for my amount paid in full of £1414.64. Very frustrating.

Very unhappy with your response to our comments Just to say you are sorry for the treatment we received is a very poor response indeed from a company of your calibre. Having paid £3000 we did not expect to have to spend several hours correcting what we consider shoddy workmanship. We feel that we should have received some compensation for this and consequently we have reduced our assessment of your company to one star. We certainly will be advising anyone we know not to deal with your company in view of your totally inadequate service you provide
