It is important we know the reasons for all positive and negative comments to ensure we have done everything we can to satisfy all clients. Following our conversation today the issue was due to the price of this years insurance. We managed to obtain a cheaper rate than last year on the same basis and we always try to get the best rate we can without compromising the cover and benefits our policies offer. Your renewal advisor once aware of your desire to reduce prices would firstly look at the options and as I just confirmed verbally it would not have been referred to management in your case as it was the lowest we could offer already.
