Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the quality and fit on both occasions, especially when you specifically order from us for petite sizing. We understand how frustrating it must be to find that the trousers are still too long. We’ll make sure your comments are passed on to the relevant team as we continue to improve our sizing, fit and quality.

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t have a good experience. Thank you for your feedback, and we apologise for the disappointment.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We’re delighted to hear that our Bromley store team was helpful and understanding, and that your refund was processed promptly. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us!
