Recenzie na Petplan

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're glad we could provide cover for your kittens during those first important weeks! We completely understand that price is an important factor when choosing pet insurance — it's only natural to compare options and find what works best for you. What we'd like to highlight is that not all insurance policies are the same. Sometimes the difference in price reflects meaningful differences in what's covered when your pets need it most — and that peace of mind can make all the difference during an unexpected vet visit. That said, we know every pet owner's situation is unique, and we respect your decision. If your circumstances ever change or you'd like to explore our range of plans, we'd be happy to welcome you and your kittens back. Thanks, Alison - The Customer Service Team
