Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that our 24 hour delivery took '2 days'. Hopefully it was a courier fault rather than a Pest Control Direct problem. Denise Guy

I found the site with Google and have placed one order with them, which was delivered quickly. One of the Ant Gel Baits was already split open in the package and had leaked so I couldnt use that...

We are currently discussing quality control of this product with Rentokil as yours is not the only one we have had with leaking bait. Please either contact us for a replacement of better, contact Rentokil direct and advise them of your concerns. We will shortly be adding an alternative gel bait for ant contro to our website. Bob Guy
