Emailed that order was shipped by Royal Mail. Chased after a week. Received apologies, expected to ship Monday. Chased Wednesday & told they can’t supply.

Apologies for the delay in processing your order. An order from the manufacturer which included UM-211's was delayed. We can still supply but the estimated delivery date is 7th October. You requested a refund which was issued today.
