There was no overcharge on your wrongly ordered first order - we simply discounted the second order for you as a gesture of good will. 

I am very sorry that you are unhappy with the collection charge, however we do not make money on the collection charge to pick up wrongly ordered items and always offer the very best prices we can to our customers.  

I am very sorry that you are unhappy with the level of service that you received when rearranging your delivery.  

We do pride ourselves on our customer services and apologise for any inconvenience that occurred to all those affected. 

We will investigate as to why the original delivery was damaged upon delivery, as all items should be well-packaged to prevent breakage/damage whilst in transit.

I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the different colour option as the colour that you after was not available for several weeks, however when purchasing we did offer you the option to wait for your preferred colour. We also offered an installation service, and although this is an extra charge to the normal self-assembly service - many of our customers do appreciate the option - but again, you did seem happy to continue with self-assembly.
