Our couriers deliver most orders on time, but now and then some orders are delayed for reasons out of our control. On this occasion, your local delivery depot was experiencing driver shortages which meant that although your order showed as being out for delivery, it was part of a wider parcel backlog which took longer to distribute than usual. We would like to assure you that this is exception to the norm and hope it will not deter you from using our services again in the future.
