Hi,
Thank you very much for your review. We always appreciate our customer feedback, even when something is not as it should be.
We are so sorry that the strap did not meet your quality expectations. It does sound strange and we wish to have a look at the issue. We would truly appreciate if you could send us some documentation such as picture in this case. Then we can forward it to our product development team and hopefully learn from the mistake and improve in the future.
All in all, we are super sorry for your experience. We always strive to do our best and hopefully we will manage to meet your expectations one day.
Have a great day and stay safe!
All the best,
The Nordgreen Team

Hi, We really appreciate your taking the time to share your experience with us. Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about the calendar date reading issue with this model. Your comment is very useful to us because it can help us better understand our customers needs. To be honest, we have been pushing our product development team to work on size/visibility on the calendar date reading. Unfortunately, there are challenges to face in combining all the aspects and put out there the most optimal watch possible (production technical factors, design, visibility, etc.), therefore, it is sadly simply not possible to insert a bigger version of the calendar date on the 36mm watch head.
Again, we do apologize - we indeed tried to resolve this issue with our products development team, but it is simply not possible due to the way watch is designed/its manufactural factors. What we usually offer in this case, is to exchange the product to the 40mm watch as it is accordingly larger model that has a bigger calendar date. We do believe that would resolve your issue.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@nordgreen.com in order to discuss anything you might have in your mind. We are always very happy to take an extra effort to help sorting out any issues you might experience!
All the best,
The Nordgreen Team

Hi Jan,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our products.
The Pioneer watch is water resistant up to 5ATM. However, this means it is splash/rain resistant. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, skiing, snorkeling, fishing or any other water related activity.
We're sorry if you were expecting a waterproof watch, but thank you for telling us about your experience. We might have one in the future.
Please know that you're always welcome to contact us at hello@nordgreen.com if there's anything you might need.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your comments, and sorry for any inconveniences our products could have caused you.
We wish you a lovely day,
The Nordgreen Team

Hi Karolina,
Thank you so much for your mail and your time.
I'm not happy with the explanation. From several sources, such as WIKI, ISO, other brands of watches, .. 5ATM is explained in the same way. I give an example
5ATM or 50M Water Resistance: Wearable around sinks, during swimming, athletic sports, in shallow waters, but not while snorkeling or scuba diving.
Water Resistant 5 atm or 50 mSuitable for everyday use, showering, bathing, shallow-water swimming, snorkeling, water related work, fishing. Splash/rain resistant
I believe you can change my watch or get my money back. I expect your answer.
