Thank you for your feedback. We take comments like this seriously and have reviewed your order in detail. Your Canon RF-S 18-150mm lens was supplied as genuine UK stock and delivered successfully on Saturday 22nd November as scheduled. In this instance, the lens was provided in a Canon kit box. This is standard manufacturer practice where lenses are separated from camera kits, and it does not affect the product, warranty, or condition in any way. We’re sorry if this was unexpected. Had you contacted us at the time, we would have been more than happy to arrange an alternative presentation box or discuss this with you. We are a UK-based retailer supplying fully genuine products with full warranty and documentation, and we support customers throughout the order process. If you would like us to review anything further, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist. Kind regards, Phil NextDayCamera
