I’ve never had any issues with ordering online. Delivery is prompt and if there are any delays notification is good. When I have had to return items, I usually do this in store and service is great.

Normally excellent but lately been let down by delivery & collection (EVRI)

I would say 5*s normally but just lately I've been let down with delivery. I pay annually for next day delivery but they rarely arrive next day so wonder why I'm paying £20 pa for this service! But...
