Booking was fine but the complaints process shocking - no response to our problems with rubbish and just excuses in the follow up email exchanges.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased the booking process was straightforward. We're sorry you were disappointed with the response to your complaint.
As our colleague mentioned, the bins were emptied two days prior to your arrival so we were surprised to hear they had filled up again given there are only five pitches on the site. It seems that beach users were filling them up so we will be looking to find a way of making the exclusive site usage clear.

I find the system difficult to navigate to find the accommodation I want but once I’ve found what I want booking and paying is easy. Follow up emails are useful.
