Good afternoon
We have just checked your booking confirmation and it does state, in two places, that linen is provided. We don't provide linen for travel cots - we wonder if this is where there is where the misunderstanding was.

Thank you for your review. We will ask our colleagues to revisit the booking confirmation to see what can be done to make the barrier code clearer.
The requirement to confirm the bookings is set into the booking system. We have fed this back to the supplier but, unfortunately, there is no quick fix as this system is used by a number of providers.

A great stay in a wonderful house on a beautiful estate.
The standard booking experience, with reams of terms and conditions. Difficult to actually find out what the property was like in advance.
