Good morning
Thank you for your feedback. The website does state this is a second floor apartment with steep stairs.
As self-catering accommodation, we provide a key code for you to let yourself in as we don't always know what time guests are going to arrive. If you have any issues whilst staying with us, we provide a 24/7 number to get in touch. The team on-site at Standen are always happy to help as well.
