When I emailed Mundy midcruise with issues, my email was just forwarded to Regent. Mundy did not try to understand or help, except by forwarding my email.

Many thanks for responding to our feedback email and also for your time earlier today. I am sorry that you feel we did not try to understand or help with your mid cruise issues.
When we received your email we immediately contacted Regent in the UK to find out if they had any further information on the situation, and if so, what action would be taken. They advised at this stage that everything would be handled on-board and they were unable to give us any update.
We then put this in writing to Regent and requested that they escalate the complaint to their Head Office. We have since spoken to the cruise line to find out if they have any further news for you. Regent UK have been advised how to proceed with the situation and you will be hearing from them very soon with their offer of compensation. If you would like to discuss this further please do call on 020 7399 7670 and I can pass on any further comments you may have to the cruise line.

Apologies to Mundy. I wrote my comments before I spoke to Mundy today. Before that, we were forwarded an email that Regent UK sent to Mundy. As nothing further was received, I didn't realise that Sharon from Mundy was on our case. I now understand that Sharon has been trying to follow up
with Regent and I appreciate all of Mundy's assistance.

Personal service with attention to detail. Excellent customer care.
I found the booking service excellent & Sharon was able to get me a good deal & a decent cabin on the Minerva. However I prefered the Aegean Odyssey which I had previously sailed on as a ship.
