Many thanks for your feedback and our sincere apologies for the lack of contact and the phoning around you had to do. This is not our normal level of service and you should have been kept informed of the process throughout the life of your claim. We have addressed these issues with the file handler and further training has been provided. Please be assured that this is not our normal high standard of service.
