Good service but totally unreasonable fee basis
Good service in finding a tenant but extremely unreasonable fees charged 18 months upfront on a tenancy. Unwilling to negotiate or meet half way on a solution.
Would not use them again.

Unprofessionalism I had not expected
Estate agent told my tenants they could keep all the bedding and linen and the broadband will be transferred to their name. The poor tenants were assured of this and moved in to find none of this and...

Came across as professional however with last two tenants the lettings agent made commitments to future tenants without telling the owner who later had to deal with the problem once they moved in

A rushed job to find me tenants and I've ended up with a nightmare. The price you pay them you'd expect them to do a thorough job at finding the best tenants possible. A bunch of students who destroy...
Generally poor customer service. Had to chase up rent collection. Not for the first time either.

Excellent, prompt response but after 33 years in their employ what else would I say although I do mean it.
However these automated responses do on occasions lack the personal touch don't you think?
