Thank you for your reply. We are not quite sure why you are stating the product as not being good quality as no issue has been raised with us. The delivery method is clearly stated on our website both before and after purchase so there can be no confusion. The delivery method is perfectly adequate provided the customers premises are suited to the chosen method which in this case they weren't.
