Thank you for your review. The bags have to travel through various depots and distribution centres before arriving at a customer’s premises. Occasionally, this takes its toll on the pallets and a replacement is required but this didn't affect the delivery date. With regards to recycling, the bags we use already contain a high proportion of recycled plastic and aggregate residue which cannot be recycled further. These bags can be used around the house for collecting leaves/grass etc but cannot be reused to carry aggregates due to the health and safety risk when transporting.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, IT issues at the main distribution centre operated by our carrier had resulted in many of our consignments being sent to the wrong depots. This should have been clearly communicated to you and for this we sincerely apologise. Thankfully this is not the norm.
