Thank you for your response. It is very disappointing to hear you were not happy with your topsoil. The product is a silty loam which when wet can take on a claggy appearance. The product is certainly not clay, as clay is un-screenable. This product is used by the finest turf producers in the country. We are very disappointed we were not notified about this until now.

Thank you for your review. Indeed this product commands a premium over other aggregates but this is due to the toll it takes on machinery during production. I am sure you will agree it is worth it though!
