Thank you for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We truly appreciate your loyalty as a returning Luxury Gold guest, and we’re very sorry to learn that your most recent experience did not meet the high standards you have come to expect from us. We completely understand how unsettling it must have felt to navigate the airline systems and transfers without the dedicated support of a Travel Concierge. Your comments regarding the organisation of the Johannesburg overnight stay and the Victoria Falls component are also concerning, and we apologise that these arrangements left you feeling uncomfortable and unsupported. This is not the level of care or service we strive to provide, and we regret that it detracted from your overall enjoyment of the trip. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared in full with our Operations and Product Teams, who will be reviewing the logistics and level of support provided for this itinerary to ensure improvements are made. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for your continued trust in Luxury Gold. We hope we may have the opportunity to restore your confidence and welcome you on a future journey that truly reflects the elevated standard of service you deserve.
