Recenzie na Luxury Gold

We are excited to read that you had a seamless experience with us from the beginning to end of your journey. As well, we are happy that the accommodations on the tour lived up to your expectations. Nonetheless, it pleases us that you enjoyed exploring by cruise some of the lesser visited destinations on the tour, and we hope to welcome you back to explore more of our Luxury Gold destinations in the future.

At Insight Vacations, we work passionately to bring our guests the very best experiences. Therefore, it certainly pleases us that all of the elements of the tour worked together well, to help make your time in America so enjoyable. Given that, we hope that your thoughts will turn to Luxury Gold when contemplating your next touring experience.

It is brilliant to learn that you thoroughly enjoyed your itinerary, and we are equally as pleased that each day of the tour left a lasting impression. Furthermore, we hope that you will join us in the future for another exciting adventure.

Our luxury touring coaches have been customised to include only forty seats; thirteen less than a standard coach, and we believe this helps to make our guests journeys more intimate and comfortable. Nevertheless, we truly regret that this did not meet your expectations. Additionally, we appreciate that the Toronto portion of the tour was not to your preferences; however, we are delighted that you enjoyed the hotels and service provided throughout the tour. What's more, we sincerely hope that you have taken home many wonderful memories from your time in Canada.

We hope that you had a great time exploring some of the southern states with Insight Vacations. Additionally, we have forwarded your comments to the relevant department to help determine if any improvements can be made to the tour.

By corporate office - may we assume that you mean our Reservations Department? In any case, we apologise for any breakdown in communication that may have taken place. That said; we are very pleased that your Travelling concierges professionalism stood out as a highlight of your experience.  Nevertheless, we would like to thank you for your writing in to us directly, and we appreciate your patience whilst your concerns are addressed as quickly as possible.
