Furthermore, it pleases us to read that your journey was enhanced by the careful attention of the Tour Director, and we will be sure to inform her that she helped to make your experience so memorable. 

At Insight Vacations, we believe the magic ingredient for creating the perfect journey is the careful planning and preparation that goes into it in advance. Therefore, we are delighted to read that you found our itineraries so enjoyable. Furthermore, we truly value our returning guests, and look forward to having the opportunity to welcome you back for the sixth time. 

The Gran Hotel La Florida is one of our luxury boutique accommodations that has been carefully selected for its scenic setting and spectacular ocean view. However, we know that our guests' look forward to exploring the city and that is why we are sure to include many wonderful sightseeing opportunities into the itinerary. Additionally, while the rooms and facilities at the accommodations do vary in style in each destination, Insight Vacations strives to select the best hotels to compliment your itinerary. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that every room will have a specific view, however our hotel partners do try to provide rooms with views wherever possible. Furthermore, we regret to learn that some of your belongings were left behind at one of the hotels; yet, we are happy to read that you were able to have your items returned. In addition, it concerns us to read that you were underwhelmed with the service and dining experiences on your journey. Nonetheless, we are very grateful for your feedback and moving forward we will be looking into the points that you have raised, to ensure the continuation of the high standards that we expect.

We work passionately to create the perfect balance of included and Optional Experiences that will enhance our guests enjoyment of their tours. Therefore, while it disappoints us to read that the experiences were not all suited to your preferences; we have forwarded your comments to our Product Development team, for their consideration going forward. Nonetheless, we still hope that you have taken some great memories away from your time on the tour, and thank you for your feedback. 

While at the end of day 7 our guests bid farewell to their Insight Traveling Concierge; those continuing on the cruise are taken in the special care of the concierge service on-board. Although, we are very pleased that you found the land portion of the tour to be excellent, we are nonetheless disappointed that you did not feel as satisfied with the cruise. Therefore, we have passed these comments on to our Operations team for their review. That said; we really hope that you have still taken some lasting memories away from your experience.
