Feefo is an independent rating system unconnected to the LRB and all replies are in the public domain, so people researching and considering our magazine can see honest review of what people have to say about it. Thanks again for your feedback!
All the best,
Renee, Head of Marketing (feel free to reach me at marketing@lrb.co.uk if you would like to discuss the website or anything further with me directly)
