Many thanks for the feedback, we're pleased that you're enjoying the paper and the pieces therein. In terms of the delivery the copies are sent on the same schedule each time (except for certain special issues which have longer breaks in between) but unfortunately there isn't much we can do to assist their journey through the postal system. The UK copies simply use Royal Mail's publishing service and therefore we're always slightly at the mercy of that and anything that may affect delivery times there. In terms of the binding, the problem with adding another staple between the outer two is that the copies would then not be able to be folded in half for posting, which would affect the service we could use to send the copies (as that is mainly based on size). Therefore, something that may at first glance seem very simple actually has more far-reaching effects. But we'll certainly take it under advisement that it's caused a problem.
