Terrible.
Rude staff. I suffer with a severe mental illness.. depression and anxiety aswell. Have been threatened again and again!

The guys at the lincoln branch are fantastic
I would definitely recommend & use them again. The staff at the lincoln branch are amazing a credit to your staff

Interest far too high
Really fast at paying out however their interest is ridiculously high. Taking advantage of prople in a desperate situation!! Its disgusting

Thank you for your feedback Jamie. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
