Hi Louise Thanks for the feedback. I believe that Jan has already apologised for failing to send your dietary requirements to resort – a most unusual slip on her part. I understand that, as soon as our staff in resort were made aware of your dietary needs, they were able to provide you with appropriate menus. I am sorry to hear that you feel our service is not as good as it used to be. Our general feedback, however, is that we are getting more and more positive responses. Once again, apologies for the original miscommunication.

Hi Liz - the resort staff were unable to assist me as a huge amount of foods as everything was cooked or covered in oil - they couldn't even do scrambled egg and I did eventually end up buying more foods in resort that I could eat and asked for a £20 refund but it was refused. Catriona who doesn't eat onions was served shallots as the host said its a shallot not an onion - very very disappointed so much so we will not be coming back next year that's the seven of us you have lost

Helped ensure a hassle free ski trip.

Took a lot of the aggravation out of ski-trips so you can just get on with family ski-ing. Daily transport to and from slopes and ski pick up. Great food and drink. Tidy rooms. Definitely use them...
