Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear how frustrating this situation has been. From the outset, we identified that there appeared to be a manufacturing defect and offered to arrange a collection for a full replacement or refund. As this option was not suitable for you, and to try and resolve things more quickly and conveniently, we agreed to source and supply the individual replacement part you requested, even though this is not something we normally stock and is outside of our standard process. Unfortunately, despite confirming the part details, the item supplied was not correct. At that stage, the appropriate route remained to return the unit so the fault could be properly assessed and resolved by the manufacturer. We understand you chose to have the part modified independently to get the machine operational. However, as this alters the product outside of the manufacturer’s process, it may affect any future warranty claims. We do appreciate how important it was for you to get the machine working, and we’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Kind regards, Steve
