Recenzie na Kitchen Knives

Am sorry that you consider our requests for feedback a nuisance, our account with Feefo is set up so one request for feedback is sent (of which you can select not tried yet) with a follow up reminder 14 days later, (Unless you selected not tried yet) Feedback is really important to us as a company and to our other consumers who often use it to get a feel for us as a company and its a way for us to instill confidence in shopping with us so we can compete against the larger better known retailers. Whilst we do a little jump for joy every time someone leaves us 5 Stars, its also a great sadness for us when we receive a 1 Star review especially when its in light of 2 emails for feedback being sent it feels a little harsh. You could have provided feedback on the service as you had had delivery of the product and left the product review as not tried yet? Thank you for leaving us feedback.
