Dear Mr Carey Thank you for your time on the phone a few days ago. We always try our best to create the best overall moving experience, however,  sometimes this cannot be achieved and for that I would like to apologise. I have taken your comments on board regarding the offices performance and I will be looking to make some changes that will improve dealing with these situations going forward.
