We are sorry for the issues you have experienced, did you know that the bowl tools can be height adjusted so that the either sit lower or higher in the bowl as required? I have popped a short video below on how to do this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=io-36JR5hp4 regarding creaming beater there will be slight movement as the rubber has very tight contact with the metal bowl to ensure ingredients such as butter and sugar are creamed together well.
