Never got an order confirmation when placed an order. Tried calling, just goes to voicemail, emailed, no response. Want to return pillow as not very comfortable but do not have an order number....
Whilst the website was easy to use the delivery was left at my front door on a busy street and the driver didn’t knock or ring the bell. I was at home all day so there is no reason to drop a package...
Bought a body pillow and ordered the wrong additional cover - spoke to customer services and they sent me another cover free of charge - fantastic products and great service - would fully recommend...
