I suffer with fibromialgia and I have struggled with sleeping and pain in my back for years. This has helped so much even with just sitting on the sofa. I would recommend!!!

Finally found a pillow that is comfortable to sleep on. It helps that the high can be adjusted by adding or removing the pillows inside the cover. Very happy with this purchase.
