Sorry for the inconvenience caused - we do understand how frustrating it is when you have to visit the sorting office to collect your goods. We don't guarantee that our orders will fit through every letterbox - especially as they vary in size so much - but we do aim to where we can. We clearly display the maximum parcel size that we will send on each product page (250mm wide, 35mm high), so in future if you know that your letterbox won't take this sized parcel then you can leave a note on your order to ask your postman to leave the item with a neighbour. We don't actually guarantee that our orders will fit through every letterbox - especially as they vary in size so much - but we do aim to where we can.
