Excellent new bed
Very helpful salesman. He explained the pros and cons of the different beds and left us to try them out without pressurising us

A very good mattress.
A long wait for delivery. They could have kept us better updated. Delivery guys were very efficient and friendly.

Excellent experience - highly recommend Jones and Tomlin
Excellent service instore - not at all 'pushy' (like my experience whilst browsing in some other stores!) but helpful throughout. Great service from the friendly delivery drivers too.
