Hi Yvonne, Thank you for taking time to write a review. We're very disappointed with your 1 star rating as this is the only 1 star we've received this year so with this in mind we launched an investigation.Thankfully our job was made easier by our new computer system which we installed earlier this year. Our new system gives us access to all orders and communications with our customers. You kindly placed an order for a London corner set on 24th April which we delivered on 14th May, our investigations showed you weren't 100% happy with your London set so we agreed a £100 discount off a bespoke cover which you wanted to order. You ordered a cover on 17th May with an estimated delivery of 4-6 weeks. We emailed you on 30th June to advise your cover had arrived and was ready to collect from our showroom. You called our showroom after the 30th June very upset claiming your cover hadn't arrived, we explained an email had been sent on 30th June. It would appear this email had not been picked up at your end, at this point a member of staff offered to deliver the cover to your house on his way home from work, this making your order complete. I'm sure you will agree we have fully investigated this matter and considering during April, May and June the whole country was running under government restrictions, we as a company fail to see how we've been less than honest. Once again we thank you for your order and hope you enjoy your London set for many years to come.

All parasol bases sold at JB have matching parasol to fit the base perfectly, unfortunately we cannot guarantee parasols purchased from companies will be compatible.
