We are very sorry to see you rated us negatively after receiving 'excellent customer service.'
By virtue of us having very close relationships with all of our suppliers, we have managed to procure three of these parasols despite that supplier not having them available (officilally) until 2017. One of these is for you and we have also asked to fast-track your bespoke cover so that we can deliver these to you as soon as possible.
Negative ratings are often very harmful for a business. We are extremely proud of our 99% rating but we're always looking to improve and when things don't go exactly as we had planned, we try to rectify the issue as soon as we can.
We hope you understand and indeed accept our apologies once again. You have the option to re-rate us once your order is complete on a link to this email but naturally, we understand if you want to leave it as it is. We only hope you will consider us again if you need any furniture in the future.
