Thanks for your feedback. We apologize that the transfer times on your train journey didn't provide you enough time to change trains. The national railway establishes the transfer times for train connections and we are unable to modify them. Generally the times are designed to be sufficient for disembarking the arriving train and moving directly to the departing connecting train; however we understand this isn't always possible for all passengers. We see that you reached out to our traveler experience team and were able to get assistance directly from our team, and we hope this was helpful. We're always here to help you resolve any concerns with your rail travel.
