We are in the process of upgrading our website to include a feedback service and part of the set up process included contacting Customers from the last 2 months. When up and running properly feedback forms will be sent out 7 days after receiving an order.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working on a new website and one on the new features is a description tab for more detailed information on products. Obviously this will take sometime to populate, but we are working on it.
