Product ok but customer service needs a bit of work

When you are ringing to buy insurance you don't want yo be told to ring back when they are not busy.

No Customer Service. Do not use.

I am still waiting for an urgent enquiry in regards to my insurance. Still no response after 4 days. No customer service. No Response. They just take your money and say f you

Pretty smooth.

The upsells were a bit annoying. It could have been easier to compare the various offerings. Otherwise, pretty smooth.
