by answering queries and emails. I have sent 3/4 emails now about locating a tracking number for a product i have ordered, which is now missing and I am yet to receive a response.

Item arrives quickly and buying directly from icandy means you are getting the official products. Avoid generic brands for your the pushchair.

Warranty length forced purchase of new front wheels...
I had to buy two new wheels for my iCandy Orange as the buggy was just outside the 2yr warranty. New customers benefit from a 5 year warranty. So unhappy with this.
