We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service you received on this order. As you can appreciate we do carry a very large inventory and it is not physically possible to have every line item in stock all of the time. Having said that the length of time you waited for this order is unacceptable and not indicative of the service we usually provide. We do try to keep our customers up to date on the status of their order via e-mail and have since invested in new technology to update our customers automatically when expected dates change. It is unfortunate that on this occasion we let you down, if this issue should arise again going forward please contact me directly by addressing your e-mail to the manager and we will endeavour to sort the issue out for you.
