As far as I can see, the cover is reasonable - I hope I don't have to test this with a claim!

I had no need to make any claims so apart from providing the insurance nothing else was involved.

The price was excellent, but as I didn't have need to make a claim I cannot comment further on Holidayrisk's service. With insurance the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and I hope I never have...
