Service was excellent except for last items which I have not received as they were taking orders right up to last minute knowing full well they were in receivership.

Create and craft have gone a lot of customers have not received there orders and are owed money, so why do you keep sending out these surveys.

I ordered from Create and Craft on 3 Oct. On 4 Oct it became obvious they were going under. Now I don't even know if I will receive the item I ordered.

Disgusting nobody is answering phone calls etc the channel is not live at the moment and are not taking orders or phone calls.
