we had a few problems on our recent thomsons day trip to Lspland phoned Nikki at Hays Travel Durham who was excellent in her quick satisfactory reply she was back in touch within 10 mins 10 out of 10...

used hays a lot but a pity they can't match price drops after booking specially when the price drops by more than 10 % within less than two weeks

I received very personal and helpful service, and am looking forward to my holiday with confidence.
