This list should perhaps be put on your website for ease. - Clarify, either in person or on the website, that where the assay markings have worn off on items that a guarantee cannot be given on the metal which is identified as the metals are not tested. Having spent just under 10 years in the industry I remain of the opinion that basic mistakes were made in the valuation however anticipate that where the above is implemented this will allow customers to make an informed choice. I remain appreciative that a new certificate has been drawn up without the name typo.
