I didn't sell a property with h&b I was the purchaser. The ladies in the Spondon office were on the ball at every point in the sale. If I was to sell again I would choose their services.

Sorry to hear that things didn't go well on the completion day of your sale. Although this was a little while ago now I will be taking it up with our team and looking into the events on that day. We keep very detailed date protected progress notes on all transactions, so despite the lapse of time i will be able to draw conclusion as to precisely what the circumstances were, and why we seem to have failed to meet your expectations.

Our teams work hard to maintain high levels of service, but if this is ever not the case I would always wish to hear and be given a chance to address any failings. Our average review score is 4.5, star, but clearly we continue to work towards 5 star service, and your feedback will help us achieve this.
