Our terms and conditions on our website state that we will only provide a refund where 'the product is returned unused in an ‘as new’ condition’. This means in its original packaging, still attached to the product backing card where relevant and with any hygiene seals intact. This is reiterated in the Returns guidance and again on the Despatch Note which is sent with every order. It is also on the product packaging in the section titled ‘Read before opening’. Where a product has been returned and the hygiene seal has been broken and also in addition the extensions are in a different part of the packaging to how they were sent out, we have to assume the product has been removed and there is a possibility that the extensions may have been worn. I’m sorry if you are not happy with the outcome of your return but by having hygiene seals and a returns policy in place, our customers can be assured that when they buy extensions from us, they are new and have not been worn by anyone else.
