I booked on line but when we arrived to ride and my receipt was scanned and it gave us the wrong dates. We had to go to the office to have it cleared up.
You doubled my order and double charged me. I called and e-mailed you regarding this matter, no response from you! I had bad experience booking on line!
The sound system went out about an hour into the tour, so we missed 1-2.5 hours of the tour. Might we recommend having a megaphone for those instances?
