Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and for leaving feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your recent booking did not go as expected and that you faced challenges due to our shop closure in Reykjavík. We understand how valuable in-person assistance can be, and we regret any stress caused by booking online. We’re especially sorry to hear that the half-day Golden Circle tour didn’t provide the flexibility and time you needed. Your feedback is very important, and we will certainly take it into account as we continuously work to improve our services. Regarding the Northern Lights tour cancellation, we sincerely hope your husband is feeling better. While our cancellation policy typically applies to all bookings, we are sorry to let you know that we would have to adhere to our terms and conditions. Again, we apologize for any disappointment and truly appreciate your feedback. Warm regards, Gray Line Team
